Eben van Wyk is a Trade Mark Attorney and has BProc and LLM (IP) (cum laud)e degrees. He is an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, as well as a non-practising Solicitor of England and Wales.
Eben has over two decades of experience. He specialises in IP litigation, including trade mark, copyright, unlawful competition domain and company name disputes, and advertising law litigation.
